Who I've Grown As a Writer

I have grown as a writer in this class because when
it comes to do essay's,I always do good on them. For
example the Academic Autobiography, I did really good
on it because I did a full page and I stuck to the topic.
This is one of the reasons I have grown as a writer.

This is on the introduction, and the persuasive essay
on grade. these are really good reason why I have grown as
a writer, because in the introduction I did okay, I did half
of a page because I really didn't know what to do back then,
but i did good because i did what i was suppose to do. the
persuasive essay

Framed Found Poem

I am healthy free
the world before me,
and sorry I could not travel both,
and be one traveler, long I stood.
strong and contend i travel
the open road.

I stumble and fall and
rise, and I walk blind,
my feet stepping on silent
stones and dry leaves.
I walk in blackness, in
a long and silent street

stream of consciousness

there was this one time when i was in middle
school and this was after ihad broke my riste
and after when i was feeling better to go back to
school i was walking to class and a few people were
looking at me because i had a big cast on, so when i
walked into class the teacher told me what happen and i
said that i had broken my riste in two so went to my set
and i was thinking how am i supose to do my work if my writing
hand is brokend so the teacher told me to try to write with my
left and i was thinking to myself that that was going to be
very hard because i cant write with left for nothing. i am
thinking to myself that these few mounths are going to be very
harable, its going to be like hell because my work is going to
come out like carp. that first day was harable, when i got home
my mom asked me how was my first day of school with my hand, i
told her that it was very bad. she said that it was going to get
better, at that point i was like thats what all moms say to their
kids

Literary Treasure

Ghost of a Chance
by Adrienne Rich

You see a man
trying to think.

You want to say
to everything:
keep off! Give him room!
but you only watch,
terrified
the old consolations
will get him at last
like a fish
half-dead from flopping
and almost crawling
across the shingle,
the raw, agonizing
air
till a wave
pulls it back blind into the triumphant
sea.

the first time I read ghost of a chance
I really didnt get it, so i had to read
it again then I got it more than I did
before. I it is talking about a person
who sees a man trying to think and the
person that is looking at him and wants to
talk to him but he/she is saying to leve
him only, give him room! but you only watch
terrified,I think that means that the person
wants to talk to him but you are terrified so
you are watching him

Vocabulary narrative

The word is fanfare

When the first time i here'd the word fanfare I thought it was like a type
of fare that was is like at the park were they have rides and games.
I thought i heard a couple of people saying it but I thought they were talking about a fare
at the park, but when i heard what the word meant and it was a celebration.
I thought to myself that I was dum because I was thinking that the word
meant that it was a fare, and know that I know what it means i know what
people are talking about. So now I now it means a celebration.
